He is considered one of the experienced litigators in civil lawsuits and commercial disputes, that represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil and commercial cases before courts and judicial authorities, and manages all stages of arbitration and litigation from beginning to the end. Mr./ Salah started his legal career as a young lawyer in Aleppo, Syria, after practicing several years in civil and commercial cases. After 2011, he had to travel to the United Arab Emirates - Dubai, where he has practiced legal advice with many law firms and legal advice in business international, corporate law, intellectual property, real estate, commercial and civil litigation. During his law career in Dubai, Mr./ Salah has successfully sealed numerous high value cases before courts and Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), and was the chief consultant in Palaxo Technologies vs. Lexmark, that set a key precedent in the assignment of technology contracts in the UAE. In 2018, Mr./ Salah has traveled to New York, USA to pursue his legal career, where he got a master’s degree in law, and became an approved attorney in the state of New York, and currently represents plaintiffs in the personal injury cases and medical malpractice cases in New York, He has also provided support for complicated commercial disputes in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. Mr./ Salah holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Aleppo, a Master's Degree in International Business Law from Sorbonne University in Paris - Sorbonne University, and a Master's degree in Law from Brooklyn Law School, USA.
