Hammurabi Debt Collection Company and legal advice is distinguished by the principle of “no collection, no fees”, as our legal advisors, in cooperation with the specialized law firms, conduct an extensive legal study, with the aim of considering the risks and the chances of success and failure of debt collection through litigation, in the event that the study has concluded that there is a percentage reasonable success. We bear all litigation costs, which include fees for law firms and legal advice on behalf of the clients. In return, an agreement is made with the clients on a percentage of the debt amount to be paid to Hammurabi Debt Collection Company upon collecting of debts, and obtain a final enforceable judgment.
